高校就业工作队伍建设的现状、问题与发展对策研究

Research on the Current Situation,Problems,and Development Strategies of the Employment Work Force in Universities

大学生就业是党和政府一直以来高度关注的社会问题。随着就业工作的宏观、微观环境发生的深刻变化,大学生就业工作内容也发生着深刻的变革,涉及大学生生涯教育、就业指导、就业服务和市场服务等多项内容,对大学生就业工作队伍的素质能力提出更高的要求。本文总结大学生就业工作队伍建设的现状及存在的诸多问题,如在认识层面缺乏顶层设计、经验积累和专业深入不足、机制缺失和激励不足、职业信仰和价值认同缺失等,最后从政府层面、院校层面和教师层面提出加强就业工作队伍建设的有效对策。

The employment of college students has always been a social issue of great concern to the Party and government.With the profound changes in the macro and micro environment of employment work,the content of college student employment work is also undergoing profound changes,involving multiple contents such as career education,employment guidance,employment services,and market services,which puts forward higher requirements for the ability of the college student employment workforce.This article summarizes the current situation and many problems in the construction of the employment workforce for college students,such as a lack of toplevel design at the cognitive level,lack of experience accumulation and professional depth,lack of mechanisms and incentives,and lack of professional beliefs and value identification.Finally,effective measures to strengthen the construction of the employment workforce are proposed from the government,university,and teacher levels.
