摘要
根据船舶行业钢材预处理线的工艺特点,采用蓄热燃烧装置(RTO)对产生的挥发性有机物(VOC)进行处理。因钢材在抛丸过程中会产生大量粉尘,故最终确定采用“滤筒除尘+蓄热式氧化”的治理方案。在治理方案确定后,对设备进行总体设计、制造、安装及调试并通过已标定的连续监测系统对经处理后的废气进行监测,从而验证其废气排放满足江苏省的最高排放限值要求。
According to the process characteristics of steel pretreatment line in shipbuilding industry,regenerative thermal oxidizer was used to treat the volatile organic compounds produced.Because a large amount of dust will be produced in the process of steel shot blasting,the treatment scheme of"pleated element filter+regenerative thermal oxidation"was finally determined.After the treatment plan was determined,the overall design,manufacturing,installation and commissioning of the equipment were carried out,and the calibrated continuous emission monitoring system was used to monitor the treated exhaust gas,so as to verify that its exhaust emissions meet the requirements of the highest emission limits of Jiangsu Province.
