腰膝祛痛方治疗膝骨关节炎255例

Yaoxi Qutong Formula on the Treatment of 255 Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察腰膝祛痛方治疗肾精亏虚、痰瘀互结证膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2019年4月至2023年2月确诊为肾精亏虚、痰瘀互结证膝骨关节炎患者255例。所有患者均口服腰膝祛痛方,用疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学(WOMAC)骨关节炎指数评分及安全性评价,进行治疗前后的疗效分析。结果:治疗后VAS评分及WOMAC评分与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应。结论:腰膝祛痛方可缓解膝骨关节炎的临床症状,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Yaoxi Qutong formula in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)with deficiency of kidney essence and interlocking phlegm and blood stasis.Methods:255 patients diagnosed with KOA from April 2019 to February 2023 with deficiency of kidney essence and interlocking phlegm and blood stasis were retrospective analyzed.All patients were treated by orally with the Yaoxi Qutong formula.A pre-treatment and post-treatment efficacy analysis was performed by applying the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,Western Ontario and McMaster University(WOMAC)osteoarthritis index scores,and safety evaluation.Results:Statistically significant differences in VAS scores and WOMAC scores after treatment were found as compared to these at pre-treatment(P<0.05).All patients experienced no serious adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion:The Yaoxi Qutong formula is effective in relieving the clinical symptoms of KOA and is worth promoting.
