摘要
为研究钢管混凝土翼缘-波纹腹板组合曲梁(CIG-CFTF-CW)在局部压力作用下的承载力,设计制作了3根曲梁试件,包括2个CIG-CFTF-CW和1个平板翼缘-波纹腹板曲梁(CIG-CW),对其进行局部承压破坏试验研究。通过分析试件的破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线和关键区域的应变发展规律,研究了试件的失效机制和承载力。将试验结果与已有文献中的钢管混凝土翼缘-波纹腹板组合直梁(SIG-CFTF-CW)的局部承压试验结果进行对比,并结合有限元分析,研究了初始曲率对CIG-CFTF-CW的局部承压承载力的影响。研究结果表明:新型组合曲梁试件的局部承压承载力为CIG-CW试件局部承压承载力的1.98倍;受压翼缘的抗弯、抗扭强度和波纹腹板的波形对CIG-CFTF-CW的局部承压承载力影响较大;当新型组合曲梁的圆心角不大于0.6 rad时,初始曲率对承载力的影响较小。
In order to study the load carrying capacity of curved I-girders with concrete-filled tubular flange(CFTF)and corrugated web(CIG-CFTF-CW)under localized pressure,three curved beam specimens,including two CIGCFTF-CWs and one curved I-girder with corrugated web(CIG-CW),were designed and investigated in localized pressure-bearing damage tests.The failure mechanism and local bearing capacity of the specimens were investigated by analyzing the failure modes,the load-displacement curves,and strain development at some critical positions.The reported experimental results of the three curved I-girders and the reported experimental results of corresponding straight I-girders with CFTF and corrugated web(SIG-CFTF-CW)in literature were compared.A series of finite element analyses were carried out to study the influence of the initial curvature on the local bearing capacity of CIG-CFTF-CW.The results show that the local bearing capacity of CIG-CFTF-CW specimen is 1.98 times that of the corresponding CIG-CW specimen.The flexural strength and torsional stiffness of compressed flange and the corrugation wave of web have significant influences on the local bearing capacity of CIG-CFTF-CW.The initial curvature has little influence on the local bearing capacity of CIG-CFTF-CW with the central angle less than 0.6 rad.
