表面各向异性对双层蜂窝状结构自旋波共振频率的影响

摘要 采用线性自旋波近似和格林函数方法,研究了磁晶各向异性、交换耦合和表面各向异性场对双层蜂窝状结构自旋波共振频率的影响。结果发现:随着表面各向异性场的增强,两支模自旋波共振频率绝对值呈线性增加(减弱)趋势,但表面各向异性对系统的能隙没有影响;此外,当层内交换耦合、层内各向异性增大时,均会增强表面各向异性场对共振频率的影响;两种层间交换耦合(层间各向异性)也会对系统的共振频率分别产生影响。 The effects of magnetocrystalline anisotropy,exchange coupling and surface anisotropy field on the spin-wave resonance frequencies in a bilayer honeycomb-like structure were investigated by using the linear spin-wave approximation and Green's function methods.It is shown that the absolute value of the two resonance frequencies increase(weaken)linearly with the increasing of the surface anisotropy field,however,the energy gap of the system does not vary with the surface anisotropy field.In addition,when the intralayer exchange coupling and intralayer anisotropy increase,the influence of the surface anisotropy field on the resonance frequency is enhanced.Moreover,two kinds of interlayer exchange coupling(interlayer anisotropy)also affect the two resonance frequency modes of the system.
