甲酸盐储氢载体制氢特性研究

摘要 基于甲酸盐-碳酸氢盐的可逆循环技术可实现一体化制氢-储氢,具有储运便捷、安全性高等显著优势。然而,该技术的推广应用受限于碳酸氢盐储氢量及甲酸盐放氢性能。本文对甲酸盐制氢催化剂开展深入探究,将Pd-M(M=Co,Cu,Ni)合金催化剂应用于反应体系中,并结合X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜等表征与性能测试,揭示催化剂结构与制氢性能之间的构效关系。本论文的研究成果可对甲酸盐制氢体系的推广和应用提供理论指导。 The reversible cycle technology based on formate-bicarbonate can realize integrated hydrogen production-hydrogen storage,which has the significant advantages of convenient storage and transportation,high safety.However,the popularization and application of this technology is limited by the hydrogen storage capacity of bicarbonate and the hydrogen release performance of formate.In this regard,the formate hydrogen production catalyst was deeply explored,and the Pd-M(M=Co,Cu,Ni)alloy catalyst was innovatively used in the reaction system,and characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy.Combined with experiments,the structureactivity relationship between catalyst structure and hydrogen production performance was revealed.The research results of this paper can provide some theoretical guidance for the promotion and application of formate hydrogen production system.
