睡眠灯光系统研究与设计

摘要 本文从与睡眠质量相关的照明影响因子的理论研究出发,围绕灯光系统对人体生物节律的影响展开论述。探讨了不同照度、光谱、色温、空间视亮度、光照时长等对人体的生物学效应,从而总结出适合睡眠的灯光系统指标。通过对基础照明、起夜照明、阅读照明、唤醒照明等场景的灯光设计和验证,分享了吸顶灯、床头灯、灯带和夜灯对应的参数指标,并提供了睡眠灯光系统智能控制策略,为今后睡眠灯光系统方案设计和应用提供参考。 The present study initiates from a exploration of illumination factors related to sleep quality,focusing on the impact of lighting systems on the human circadian rhythm.Various biological effects on the human body concerning factors such as different illuminance levels,spectra,color temperatures,spatial luminance,and duration of light exposure are discussed.This discussion leads to the summarization of indicators for lighting systems conducive to sleep.By examining and validating the lighting design in scenarios such as general illumination,nighttime lighting,reading lighting,and waking lighting,the study shares parameter specifications corresponding to ceiling lights,bedside lamps,light strips,and night lights.Additionally,intelligent control strategies for sleep lighting systems are provided,serving as a reference for future design and application of sleep lighting system solutions.
