摘要 文章主要研究不锈钢与金属陶瓷异材料电子束焊接界面的性能。首先,详细探讨不锈钢和金属陶瓷的特性,包括化学成分、机械性能、热导率和电绝缘性等方面。其次,分析电子束焊接工艺参数的选择,以及焊接界面的微观结构分析方法。最后,评估焊接界面的性能,包括机械性能和电性能测试。这些研究为异材料焊接界面的设计和优化提供了重要参考。 The properties of electron beam welding interface between stainless steel and cermet are studied in this paper.Firstly,the characteristics of stainless steel and cermet are discussed in detail,including chemical composition,mechanical properties,thermal conductivity and electrical insulation.Secondly,the selection of electron beam welding process parameters and the microstructure analysis method of welding interface are analyzed.Finally,the properties of the welded interface are evaluated,including mechanical and electrical properties.These studies provide important references for the design and optimization of welding interfaces of different materials.
