摘要
针对工业炸药包装线操作人员数量超标、生产能力偏小、更换品种规格程序复杂等问题,设计了智能理料、计数堆码和机器人抓取装箱等关键设备。智能理料设备和计数堆码设备实现了对药卷理料整列计数,将无序药卷返回重新理料,生产过程不需要操作人员,提升了理料的生产效率和可靠性。机器智能抓取装箱设备实现了一套机械夹爪满足直径为25~150 mm药卷的装箱包装,更换品种规格程序简单,抓取频次低,药卷释放落差小,有效解决了软态药卷难以抓取或摔破药卷、摔脱卡扣等难题。
This article focuses on the issues of excessive number of operators on industrial explosive packaging lines,low production capacity,and complex procedures for changing varieties and specifications.Key equipment such as intelligent material handling,counting and stacking,and robot grasping and boxing are designed.Intelligent material handling equipment and counting and stacking equipment achieve full column counting of drug coil material handling,and unordered drug coils are returned for re material handling.The production process does not require operators,improving the production efficiency and reliability of material handling.The machine robot intelligent grabbing and packaging equipment has achieved a set of mechanical grippers that meet the requirements of packaging for medicine rolls with a diameter of 25~150 mm.The program for changing varieties and specifications is simple,and the grabbing frequency is low,with a small drop in the release of medicine rolls.This effectively solves the problems of difficult grabbing or breaking medicine rolls,falling off clips,and other difficulties in soft medicine rolls.
