摘要
以RV减速器用薄壁角接触球轴承和风电主轴用圆锥滚子轴承为例,分析刚性套圈模型和柔性套圈模型对轴承接触特性的影响。结果表明:采用柔性套圈模型,RV减速器用薄壁角接触球轴承中载荷分布更加均匀,接触应力变小,轴承承载能力增强。对于风电主轴圆锥滚子轴承,采用刚性套圈模型设计轴承将会导致最大接触应力被低估,造成轴承承载能力不足。
Taking thin-wall angular contact ball bearings for RV reducer and tapered roller bearings for wind power spindle as examples,the influence of rigid ring model and flexible ring model on bearing contact characteristics was analyzed.The results show that the load distribution of thin-wall angular contact ball bearings for RV reducer is more uniform,the contact stress is less,and the bearing capacity is increased.For wind power spindle tapered roller bearings,using rigid ring model to design bearings will cause the maximum contact stress to be underestimated,resulting in insufficient bearing capacity.
