摘要
数控编程作为数控加工的核心技术,是数控从业人员的必备技能。为提高编程效率,缩短编程时间,编程人员需综合运用多种编程方法。在实际生产过程中,盘盖类零件是机械上常见的零件。因其结构相似且具有多型腔、孔等特征,采用传统编程方法时会有大量重复性操作,编程工作量较大,若采用自动编程则显得大材小用。因此,文章提出利用西门子开发的数控系统仿真软件SinuTrain中自带的ShopMill功能,快速编程电控装置盒底盖零件。通过实际应用,验证了该方法的可行性。
As one of the core technologies of numerical control machining,numerical control programming technology is an essential skill for numerical control practitioners.In order to improve programming efficiency and shorten programming time,programmers need to use a variety of programming methods.In the actual production process,the disk cover parts are a common kind of mechanical parts.Because of the similar structure and the characteristics of multiple cavities and holes,the traditional programming method will increase a lot of repetitive operations and increase the programming workload,but it is overqualified if the automatic programming method is used.In this paper,the ShopMill function in SinuTrain,a numerical control system simulation software developed by Siemens,is used to quickly program for the bottom cover parts of the electronic control device.The feasibility of this method is verified by practical application.
