抽改背机组轴封系统的改造

摘要 为实现节能减排,控制温室气体排放,许多电厂将现有抽凝式汽轮机改造为背压式汽轮机。在改造过程中,除了通流部分的改造,周边的辅助系统也需要进行优化调整。以某50MW高温高压抽凝式汽轮机为例,基于抽凝式汽轮机和背压式汽轮机轴封系统的区别,介绍背压式汽轮机轴封系统设计,并进行轴封系统现场管路的改造。 In order to save energy and reduce emissions and control greenhouse gas emissions,many power plants have transformed the condensing steam turbines into backpressure steam turbines.In the transformation,in addition to the transformation of the flow part,the surrounding auxiliary systems also need to be optimized and adjusted.This paper taking a 50 MW high temperature and high pressure extraction steam turbine as an example,based on the differences between the extraction steam turbine and the back pressure steam turbine shaft sealing system,the design of the back pressure steam turbine shaft sealing system is introduced,and the field pipeline reform of the shaft sealing system is carried out.
