摘要
在我国的煤矿生产中,大中型煤矿的关键环节基本实现了自动化改造。然而,在综采工作面开采过程中,现有的煤矿多是现场人工操作。现场环节恶劣、采煤难度大,无法保障工作人员的人身安全。通过系统研究煤矿的智能化开采,开发智能化综采工作面系统,可以对综采工作面内200多台设备进行集中控制,实现液压支架跟随采煤机联动控制。由井上、井下智能控制中心实现远程控制,通过4G/5G网络覆盖、传输视频和语言信号,实现三机联动、视频监控自动跟机等,最终达到采煤无人值守的效果。
In China's coal mining production,large and medium-sized coal mines have basically achieved automation transformation in most key links.However,in the process of fully mechanized mining face mining,most existing coal mines are manually operated on site.The on-site process is harsh,coal mining is difficult,and ensuring personal safety is complex and variable.By studying the intelligent mining system of coal mines and developing an intelligent fully mechanized mining face system,it is possible to centrally control more than 200 devices in the fully mechanized mining face and achieve hydraulic support following the linkage control of the mining machine.Remote control is achieved through the crossheading control center,wireless coverage,transmission of voice and video signals,linkage of the three machines,automatic video monitoring,etc.,ultimately achieving the effect of unmanned coal mining.
