摘要
机械花生脱壳是提高花生脱壳效率的重要手段,但是脱壳损伤难以避免,直接影响果仁质量,因此研究低损花生脱壳装置对于实现花生脱壳的机械化和花生产业机械化具有重要意义。研究分析花生脱壳原理,对脱壳装置布置方案进行比较,根据低损花生脱壳机的基本要求设计倒置锥体花生脱壳装置,并通过花生荚果脱壳受力分析确定关键部件的参数范围,为参数优选提供理论基础。
Mechanical peanut husking is an important means to improve the efficiency of peanut husking,but the damage of peanut husking is difficult to avoid,which directly affects the quality of the kernel.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the low-loss peanut husking device for realizing the mechanization of peanut husking and the mechanization of peanut industry.In this study,the principle of peanut shucking was analyzed,the arrangement scheme of the shucking device was compared,the inverted cone peanut shucking device was designed according to the basic requirements of the low-loss peanut shucking machine,and the parameter range of the key components was determined through the analysis of the force of peanut capsule shucking,which provided the theoretical basis for parameter optimization.
