探讨小型无人遥控潜水器(Remotely Operated Vehicle,ROV)在沿海核电站排水管廊检查中的应用及关键技术。首先,阐述ROV在海洋工程领域的研究和应用现状,分析其在海底工程中的应用优势。其次,分析ROV在沿海核电站取排水管廊检查中应用的可行性、可靠性、优越性和作业流程,进一步探讨ROV搭载各种功能的工具、设备、仪表解决不同工况需求。最后,研究和总结已有ROV在秦山核电站排水管廊检查中的应用案例,验证该技术在核电领域的可行性和有效性。

The purpose of this paper is to explore the application and key technologies of small Remotely Operated Vehicles(ROV)for inspection of drain galleries in coastal nuclear power plants.Firstly,the research and application status of ROV in the field of offshore engineering are described,and its application advantages in subsea engineering are analyzed.Secondly,it analyzes the feasibility,reliability,superiority and operation process of ROV application in the inspection of coastal nuclear power plant access pipe corridor,and further discusses the ROV equipped with various functions of tools,equipment and instruments to solve the needs of different working conditions.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of ROV in the field of nuclear power is verified by studying and summarizing the application cases of ROV in the inspection of Qinshan Nuclear Power Station.
