工艺参数和局部热处理对激光沉积修复GH4169合金拉伸性能的影响

摘要 采用Inconel718合金对GH4169合金的损伤试样进行激光沉积修复试验,通过正交试验法优化工艺参数,测试分析不同扫描路径和局部热处理修复试样的显微组织、拉伸性能及显微硬度。结果表明:修复区为柱状枝晶,有Laves相析出;经局部热处理后,修复试样的平均抗拉强度和屈服强度分别提高至锻件的86.8%和98.3%,而且修复区、熔合线区及基体的硬度分布趋于一致。 Inconel718 alloy was used to repair the damaged sample of GH4169 alloy by laser deposition.The orthogonal test method was used to optimize the process parameters,and the microstructure,tensile properties and microhardness of the sample repaired by different scanning paths and local heat treatment were tested and analyzed.The results show that the restoration area is columnar dendrite with Laves phase precipitation.After local heat treatment,the average tensile strength and yield strength of repaired specimens are increased to 86.8%and 98.3%,respectively,and the hardness distribution of repaired area,fusion line area and matrix tends to be consistent.
