基于HDT气流式烘梗机的控制优化提高烘梗风选出口水分稳定性

摘要 为进一步提高烘梗风选出口水分稳定性,降低制梗丝线的过程损耗率,稳定产品工艺质量,利用基于HDT气流式烘梗机的比例-积分-微分(Proportional Integral Derivative,PID)控制系统进行优化改进,利用因子分析法、响应曲面法、全因子实验设计等方法,围绕各项设备参数、工艺流程设计等方面进行研究,优化HDT气流式烘梗机的控制模式和参数,减小烘梗风选出口水分的波动,并有效提升烘梗风选出口水分合格率。 In order to further improve the stability of moisture at the outlet of air-dried stems,reduce the process loss rate of cut stems and stabilize the process quality of products,the Proportional Integral Derivative(PID)control system based on HDT air-dried stems was optimized and improved,and various equipment parameters and process flow design were studied by means of factor analysis,response surface method and total factor experimental design,so as to optimize the control mode and parameters of HDT air-dried stems,reduce the fluctuation of moisture at the outlet of air-dried stems and effectively improve the outlet of air-dried stems.
