摘要
本研究旨在优化东风4DD型内燃机车的电气控制系统,重点解决柴油机调速系统、控制器损耗、速度和转速传感器以及机车换挡程序的问题,确保系统在各种工作条件下可靠运行。通过全面分析现有问题,提出改进方案,以提升系统的稳定性、可靠性和性能。首先,使用三菱可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)FX系列产品替代原有调速系统,提升系统的稳定性和可编程性,同时简化调速方式,减少故障风险,提升可维护性。其次,对于速度和转速传感器问题,采用测速齿轮和密封罩盖解决油液泄漏问题,提升系统的可靠性。最后,自动换挡系统采用接近开关以准确采集柴油机转速,消除故障点,提升机车性能和可靠性。
The purpose of this study is to optimize the electrical control system of Dongfeng 4DD diesel locomotive,focusing on the problems of diesel speed regulation system,controller loss,speed and rotational speed sensors and locomotive shift procedures,so as to ensure reliable operation of the system under various working conditions.Through a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems,an improvement scheme is proposed to improve the stability,reliability and performance of the system.First of all,Mitsubishi Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)FX series products are used to replace the original speed control system,improve the stability and programmability of the system,and simplify the speed control mode,reduce the risk of failure,and improve the maintainability.Secondly,for the speed and speed sensor problems,the use of speed gear and sealing cover to solve the problem of oil leakage,improve the reliability of the system.Finally,the automatic shift system adopts proximity switch to accurately collect the diesel engine speed,eliminate the fault point,and improve the performance and reliability of the locomotive.
