500MW燃煤机组输灰系统节能改造效果分析

摘要 国家能源集团山西神头第二发电厂原输灰系统使用双套管输灰系统,运行过程中存在耗气量大、出力不足、输送频次高、管阀系统磨损严重、维护工作量大等问题。为此对原双套管输灰系统存在问题进行分析,并提出先导式输送方式,鉴于先导输送方式的优势对原输灰系统进行改造。改造后通过耗气量统计试验证明先导式输灰技术可以节约能耗并保证系统稳定安全运行。 The original ash conveying system of Shanxi Shentou No.2 Power Plant of National Energy Group uses double-casing ash conveying system.There are some problems in the operation process,such as large gas consumption,insufficient output,high transmission frequency,serious wear of pipe valve system,and large maintenance workload.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems of the original double-casing ash conveying system,and proposes the pilot delivery mode.In view of the advantages of the pilot delivery mode,the original ash conveying system is modified.After the transformation,it is proved that the pilot ash conveying technology can save energy consumption and ensure the stable and safe operation of the system.
