摘要 基于生产数据和冶金理论的基础,实现控制产品中的夹杂,从转炉、精炼、连铸等关键工序入手,论述了转炉造渣控制、精炼OB(Oxygenblowing)控制和连铸吹氩控制。基于冶金理论,重点研究了连铸中间包吹氩和精炼脱碳对钢液中氧含量的影响,进而揭示了在钢铁工业中,如何将工艺参数与冶金规律密切关联,从而促进冶金行业朝智能制造更好地发展。 Based on production data and metallurgical theory,the control of inclusions in products is achieved.Starting from key processes such as converter,refining,and continuous casting,the control of converter slag making,refining OB(Oxygen blowing),and continuous casting argon blowing are discussed.Based on metallurgical theory,the impact of argon blowing and refining decarbonization in the continuous casting tundish on oxygen content in steel liquid was studied,revealing how process parameters are closely related to metallurgical laws in the steel industry,thereby promoting better development of the metallurgical industry.
