通信设备收发系统滤波器的建模分析方法

摘要 通信技术的飞速发展让人类正在从5G时代迈向6G时代。收发系统的滤波器是通信设备中的关键部件之一。射频滤波器对于无线信号的接收和传输具有至关重要的作用。依靠实验方式来设计和优化射频滤波器的方式代价高而效率低,因此,通过计算和仿真来确定和优化滤波器的参数和结构,是提高射频滤波器设计效率的有效手段。提出一种采用电磁数值方法及其商用软件来对射频滤波器进行建模与仿真分析的方法,对于实际中射频滤波器的高效设计具有重要指导意义。 The rapid development of communication technology has led humanity to move from the 5G era to the 6G era.The filter of the transceiver system is one of the key components in communication equipment.Radio frequency(RF)filters play a crucial role in the reception and transmission of wireless signals.The way to design and optimize the RF filter by experiment is costly and inefficient.Therefore,determining and optimizing the parameters and structure of the filter through calculation and simulation is an effective means to improve the efficiency of RF Filter design.This article proposes a method for modeling and simulating RF filters using electromagnetic numerical methods and commercial software,which has important guiding significance for the efficient design of RF filters in practice.
