摘要 电力通信光缆作为电力通信网的基础,是保障电力通信业务稳定运行不可缺少的重要资源。目前,由于缺乏在线的光缆监测手段,运维人员无法直接获取光缆纤芯运行状态,在发生光缆或纤芯中断后,需赴现场通过仪器仪表测试进行故障定位,且无法快速定位故障点,因此在故障排查过程中需耗费大量时间和人力。光缆在线监测管理系统集光缆在线监测、告警、故障分析、定位于一体,结合地理信息系统,为光缆网络的安全高效运行提供保障。 As the foundation of the electric power telecommunication net,the power communication optical cable is an indispensable important resource to ensure the stable operation of power communication business.At present,due to the lack of the online monitoring mean of optical cables,operation and maintenance staff can not directly obtain the operation status of the fiber core of optical cables.After the interruption of the optical cable or the fiber core,they need to go to the site to locate the fault by the instrument and meter test.They can not quickly locate the fault point after the fault occurs,which requires a lot of time and manpower in the troubleshooting process.The online monitoring management system of optical cables integrates the online monitoring,alarm,fault analysis and positioning of optical cables,and it provides a guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of the optical cable network in combination with the geographic information system.
