摘要
散货港口输煤系统粉尘治理是环保改造的难题。对此提出了散货港口输煤系统多维度粉尘治理方案,重点研究了高压喷雾抑尘技术、输送带清洁和物料回收技术以及复合式缓冲床技术,并在唐山港曹妃甸港区煤码头进行了现场试验。试验结果表明,此方案解决了装船机溜筒物料起尘和扬尘、回程输送带物料撒漏及运行扬尘、落料点漏料撒料和异物穿透输送带的问题,实现了散货港口输煤系统全区域、全作业过程,多维度、主动式的粉尘综合防治,取得了较高的社会效益和经济效益。
Dust control in the coal conveying system in bulk cargo ports is a difficult problem in environmental protection transformation.This paper proposes a multi-dimensional scheme for dust control in the coal conveying system in bulk cargo ports,focuses on the high-pressure spray dust suppression technology,conveyor belt cleaning and material recycling technology and composite buffer bed technology,and carries out a field test in the coal terminal of the Caofeidian Port area of the Tangshan Port.The test results show that the scheme solves the problems of the dust generation and dust raising of material in the ship loader roller,the material spillage and leakage and operation dust of the return conveyor belt,material leakage and spillage at the blanking point and foreign matters penetrating the conveyor belt,realizes the multi-dimensional and active comprehensive prevention and control of dust in the whole area and the whole operation process of the coal conveying system in the bulk cargo port,and achieves high social and economic benefits.
