摘要
研究的目标是利用人工智能技术提升燃煤电厂接卸管理业务的效率和效益,探索性地完成基于图像识别和拼接技术的燃煤电厂燃料自动接卸监管流程和业务,为青岛电厂智能输煤系统的煤炭接卸管理水平提升一个更高的台阶。研发完成一套适用于燃煤电厂输煤系统煤炭自动接卸管理平台,建立接卸设备和人员行为图像识别模型和知识库。项目形成的成果可在同类型燃煤电厂的接卸管理工作中进行推广应用。
The goal of this study is to use artificial intelligence technology to improve the efficiency and benefit of receiving and unloading management business in coal-fired power plants,and exploratively complete the automatic fuel receiving and unloading supervision process and business in coal-fired power plants based on image recognition and splicing technology,in order to improve the coal receiving and unloading management level of the intelligent coal-handling system in the Qingdao Power Plant to a higher level.This project has developed a set of automatic coal receiving and unloading management platform suitable for the coal-handling system in coal-fired power plants,and established an image recognition model and knowledge base for receiving and unloading equipment and personnel behavior.The achievements of the project can be promoted and applied in the receiving and unloading management of similar coal-fired power plants.
