图书馆智慧化转型的技术体系研究

我国自20世纪90年代启动了数字图书馆的建设,现已形成了一套资源丰富、技术先进、覆盖范围广的数字图书馆服务系统。为创新公共数字文化服务业态,提升服务效能,2019年4月16日,文化和旅游部办公厅印发《公共数字文化工程融合创新发展实施方案》。从数字图书馆向智能图书馆转变,是适应人们日益增长的精神文化需要,是时代赋予图书馆新的使命。随着信息技术的飞速发展,图书馆智慧化转型已经成为我国图书馆发展的必然趋势。基于此,针对图书馆智慧化转型技术体系展开相关探讨和研究。

Since the 1990s,China has initiated the construction of digital libraries,and has now formed a set of service system of digital libraries with rich resources,advanced technologies and a wide scope of coverage.On April 16,2019,the General Office of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China issued the"Implementation Plan for the Integrated and Innovative Development of Public Digital Culture Projects",which innovated public digital culture service formats and improved service efficiency.The transformation from digital libraries to intelligent libraries is to meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of people,and it is a new mission given to libraries by the times.With the rapid development of information technology,the intelligent transformation of libraries has become an inevitable trend in the development of libraries in China.Based on this,this paper explores and studies the technology system of the intelligent transformation of libraries.
