基于ESO的PMSM鲁棒控制研究

摘要 针对表贴式永磁同步电机(PMSM)在外界干扰下存在响应速度慢和电流存在大量谐波的问题,提出基于扩展状态观测器(ESO)的高阶滑模控制算法。首先,在速度环中设计一种高阶滑模控制器提高系统鲁棒性,并得到交轴电流;其次,为了提升驱动系统抑制电流谐波的能力,利用ESO将扰动补偿到滑模控制器;最后,进行数字实验仿真对比,结果表明该方法能提高动态响应、抑制电流谐波和转矩脉动。 Surface-mounted PMSM will exhibit slow response speed and large amount of harmonics in current under external interference.In view of this,a high-order sliding mode control method based on extended state observer(ESO)is proposed in this paper.First,in the speed loop,a high-order sliding mode controller is designed to improve robustness of the system and obtain quadrature axis current.Second,in order to improve the ability of drive system in suppressing current harmonics,ESO is used to compensate the disturbance to the sliding mode controller.Finally digital simulation is performed whose results show that the method can improve dynamic response and suppress current harmonics.
