摘要
低压开关柜作为输配电及电能转换的关键设备,已在发电厂、石油、化工、冶金、纺织等相关行业中广泛使用。对低压开关柜进行温升试验主要是为了保证其在长时间工作条件下仍能可靠运行,不会因温度过高导致内部材料特性发生改变而影响正常工作。国家电网及相关检测单位已大量配置低压开关柜的温升检测设备。为保证此类检测设备输出电流的准确可靠,结合电磁计量专业,通过对此类设备温升大电流的校准,解决此类设备的量值溯源问题。
As key equipment for electric transmission,distribution,and energy conversion,low-voltage switches have found wide application in power generation,petroleum,chemical,metallurgy,textile and other related industries.The temperature rise test of low-voltage switchgear is mainly to ensure its reliable operation under long-time working conditions and tolerance to impacts of excessive-high-temperature-induced internal material properties changes.The State Grid and relevant detection institutions have already purchased a large number of temperature rise testing equipment for low-voltage switchgears.In order to ensure accuracy and reliability of the output current of this kind of testing equipment,this paper proposes solution to measured value traceability of such equipment through the calibration of high current reflecting temperature rise by utilizing technology of electromagnetic metrology.
