减少变电站负荷损失的低压脱扣器保护配置研究

摘要 随着生产力的发展,生产或使用电子设备的高新技术企业不断增加,电压暂降问题也愈发凸显。近几年电网多次出现因电压暂降事件电压过低而引发保护装置动作,发出电压互感器二次回路断线告警。低压脱扣器在生产过程中应用广泛,电压暂降可能会导致低压脱扣器误动作,使得变电站损失大量负荷,影响电网的安全稳定运行。通过分析低压脱扣器的工作原理,考虑设备电压暂降的耐受特性,提出了面向敏感设备的低压脱扣器保护配置策略,最后通过仿真算例验证了所提配置策略的可行性。 With the development of productivity,the number of high-tech enterprises producing or using electronic equipment is increasing,and the problem of voltage sag is becoming more and more prominent.In recent years,there have occurred many incidents in power grid due to undesired activation of protection devices and triggering of voltage transformers'secondary circuit disconnection alarms induced by voltage sags.Low-voltage release devices are widely used in the production process,and voltage sags can cause undesired tripping of low-voltage release,which results in considerable load losses of substations and risks to safe and stable operation of power grid.By analyzing working principle of low-voltage release devices and considering their tolerance characteristics to voltage sags,this paper proposes a protection configuration strategy of low-voltage release for sensitive devices and verifies the strategy's feasibility through case simulation.
