摘要
为研究污秽分布直流绝缘子串温度变化情况,建立70 kV直流双伞型瓷绝缘子串模型,通过有限元法对绝缘子串温度场进行仿真,分析了均匀、不均匀污秽分布对绝缘子串温度变化的影响。结果表明:在均匀饱和湿污秽的条件下,各片绝缘子温度有不同幅度的上升,且随着总污秽程度的增加,绝缘子整体温升增大;当考虑绝缘子上、下表面盐密不一致时,绝缘子下表面积污对绝缘子串温升影响比上表面大,且随着绝缘子下表面污秽量的增加,绝缘子串的整体温升增大;当上、下表面盐密比从7∶1变化至1∶7时,绝缘子串的温度先升高再降低,在1∶3时达到最高温度,研究结果可为污秽监测提供参考。
In order to study temperature variation of DC insulator string under uneven pollution degree,a 70 kV DC double-enveloped porcelain insulator string model was established.The temperature field of insulator string was simulated by finite element method,and the influence of uneven pollution conditions on temperature variation of insulator string was analyzed.The results showed that under the condition of uniform saturated wet pollution,insulator temperature increases with different amplitude,and overall temperature of insulators increases with the increase of total pollution degree.When salt density on upper and lower surfaces of an insulator is inconsistent,the pollution on lower surface of an insulator has a greater impact on temperature rise of the insulator string than that on upper surface.With the increase of pollution on lower surface of an insulator,the overall temperature rise of the insulator string increases.When salt density ratio on upper and lower surfaces changes from 7∶1 to 1∶7,the temperature of insulator string first increases and then decreases,reaching the highest temperature at 1∶3.
