摘要 变电站继电保护算法可实现对电力系统的准确、快速保护,防止事故范围扩大而影响电网的安全稳定运行。站内通信组网技术可实现变电站内全面而高效的数据传输,对设备进行有效监测和控制,为电力系统的远程监控提供技术保障,达到全面控制电力系统的目的,提高电网安全性和运维检修效率。通过深入分析小波多尺度变换在卡尔曼滤波算法中的应用方式,并基于EPON技术构建环形光交换网络,以期为220 kV变电站的稳定运行提供技术支持。 Substation relay protection algorithm can realize the accurate and rapid protection of the power system,prevent the expansion of the accident scope,affecting the safe and stable operation of the grid.The station communication networking technology can realize comprehensive and efficient data transmission in the substation,effectively monitor and control the equipment,provide technical support for the remote monitoring of the power system,achieve the purpose of comprehensive control of the power system,improve the safety of the power grid and the efficiency of operation,maintenance and overhaul.The application of wavelet multi-scale transform in Kalman filter algorithm is deeply analyzed,and annular optical switching network is constructed based on EPON technology,in order to provide technical support for the stable operation of 220 kV substation.
