江西某锂多金属矿综合回收试验研究

摘要 江西某风化型花岗岩锂云母多金属矿石中有用成分为锂、钽铌、长石;锂主要赋存于云母矿物中,锂云母较容解离,部分锂被铁离子晶格取代;钽铌主要赋存于钽铌铁矿中,嵌布粒度较细;长石中铁、钛等杂质含量不高。为高效开发利用该矿石资源,在进行了矿石性质分析基础上进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074mm40%,采用1粗1精精选中矿1次再选重选流程选钽铌,重力沉降脱出-0.031mm矿泥,1粗2精2扫浮选流程选锂,1次弱磁选、1粗1精高梯度强磁选流程脱出长石中的铁,获得了(TaNb)_(2)O_(5)品位36.35%、回收率46.04%的钽铌精矿,Li_(2)O品位2.03%、回收率72.57%的锂云母精矿,产率62.95%、Fe_(2)O_(3)含量0.04%、白度72.2%的高白长石精矿。钽铌精矿回收率、锂云母精矿Li_(2)O品位不高与矿石性质关系密切。 The useful components in a weathered granite lepidolite polymetallic ore in Jiangxi are lithium,tantalum niobium and feldspar.Lithium mainly occurs in mica minerals.Lithium mica is more soluble and dissociated,and some lithium is replaced by iron ion lattice.Tantalum niobium mainly occurs in tantalum niobium iron ore,and the embedded particle size is fine.The content of iron,titanium and other impurities in feldspar is not high.In order to efficiently develop and utilize the ore resources,the beneficiation test was carried out on the basis of ore property analysis.The results show that the grinding fineness of the ore is-0.074 mm 40%,and tantalum and niobium are separated by one roughing,one cleaning and middling one re-election gravity separation process.The-0.031 mm slime was removed by gravity sedimentation.Lithium was separated by one roughing-two cleaning-two scavenging flotation process.Iron in feldspar was removed by one low intensity magnetic separation and one roughing-one cleaning high gradient high intensity magnetic separation process.Tantalum-niobium concentrate with(TaNb)_(2)O_(5)grade of 36.35%and recovery rate of 46.04%,lepidolite concentrate with Li_(2)O grade of 2.03%and recovery rate of 72.57%,high albitite concentrate with yield of 62.95%,Fe_(2)O_(3)content of 0.04%and whiteness of 72.2%were obtained.The low recovery rate of tantalum-niobium concentrate and the low grade of lithium mica concentrate Li_(2)O are closely related to the ore properties.
