摘要
国外某铜矿山的选矿废水进入沉淀池后经过自然降解、杀菌处理,再进入选矿系统循环利用,对选矿指标无影响,但偶尔会发出恶臭气味,经检测为沉淀水池中硫酸还原细菌超标,分解了废水中的残余药剂,产生了硫化氢。针对该现象,进行了杀菌剂优选试验,并对优选药剂的使用情况进行了研究。结果表明,使用杀菌剂A2,可以降低水中氨氮含量和COD值,还可以有效减少挥发气体中H_(2)S、NH_(3)和CS_(2)的浓度。
After entering the sedimentation tank,the ore dressing wastewater of a foreign copper mine is naturally degraded and sterilized,and then recycled into the beneficiation system.It has no effect on the beneficiation index,but it occasionally emits a foul odor.It is detected that the sulfuric acid reducing bacteria in the sedimentation tank exceed the standard,and the residual agent in the wastewater is decomposed to produce hydrogen sulfide.In view of this phenomenon,the fungicide optimization test was carried out,and the use of the preferred fungicide was studied.The results show that the use of bactericide A2 can reduce the content of ammonia nitrogen and COD in water,and can also effectively reduce the concentration of H_(2)S,NH_(3)and CS_(2)in volatile gas.
