摘要
研山铁矿入磨矿石为高硅低铁少硫磷贫磁铁矿石,现场阶段磨选精矿铁品位为66.02%、SiO_(2)含量为6.78%。为使现场铁精矿品质满足钢厂的新要求(铁品位≥67%、SiO_(2)含量≤5%)进行了现场工艺优化研究与实践。结果表明,将现场高频细筛筛孔宽从0.12mm调整为0.10mm,适度降低现场精选淘洗机磁场强度,并将淘洗机扫选精矿给入单独处理系统进行再磨—弱磁选—浮选,可确保最终精矿品质满足要求。淘洗机扫选精矿给入单独处理系统既减轻了原再磨系统的负荷、改善其再磨效果,还使难处理的连生体得到充分的细磨深选,这是确保工艺优化成功的关键。
The ore entering the mill of Yanshan Iron Mine is high silicon,low iron,low sulfur and low phosphorus magnetite ore.The iron grade of the grinding concentrate in the field stage is 66.02%,and the SiO_(2)content is 6.78%.In order to make the quality of on-site iron concentrate meet the new requirements of steel mills(iron grade≥67%,SiO_(2)content≤5%),on-site process optimization research and practice were carried out.The results show that the final concentrate quality can meet the requirements by adjusting the on-site high-frequency fine sieve pore width from 0.12 mm to 0.10 mm,moderately reducing the magnetic field strength of the on-site cleaning elutriation machine,and feeding the elutriation machine scavenging concentrate into a separate treatment system for regrinding-low intensity magnetic separation-flotation.The cleaning concentrate of the elutriation machine is fed into the separate treatment system,which not only reduces the load of the original regrinding system and improves the regrinding effect,but also makes the refractory intergrowth finely ground and deeply selected.It is the key to ensure the success of process optimization.
