The teaching services management in colleges is key in building high-quality education system.Relying on CPC building to build a high-quality teaching service management system is an important lever for promoting academic affairs and grassroots CPC building in colleges.It can encourage CPC members and teachers to remember their original mission and integrate it into classroom teaching.The CPC Branch of the Academic Affairs Office of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine focuses on the fundamental task of cultivating morality and personnel,creating a"five pronged"CPC branch that prioritizes learning,planning,management,service,and responsibility.It explores the path of promoting the construction of high-quality teaching service management systems in higher Chinese medicine colleges from three levels:strong foundation,national foundation,and excellence,and follows the"three paths"of personnel development in the new era to comprehensively improve the quality of personnel cultivation.
