摘要
目的探索应用型本科院校毕业论文管理方法,探讨C管理模式在医学检验技术专业毕业论文管理中的应用效果。方法以2016级医学检验技术专业本科毕业生为对照组,2017级毕业生为实验组,实验组采用C管理模式,对照组采用传统管理模式,对比两组选题、开题、中期、函评的一次通过率,换题率,毕业论文成绩,并对实验组师生进行访谈。结果实验组选题、开题、中期的一次通过率和毕业论文成绩明显高于对照组,换题率明显低于对照组,师生对C管理模式评价较高。结论C管理模式给予指导教师、毕业生更多自由,能最大限度激发其潜能,更适合应用型本科院校毕业论文管理。
Objective To explore the management methods for graduation theses in applied undergraduate colleges,and to explore the application effect of C management mode in the management of graduation theses in medical laboratory technology majors.Methods A control group consisted of undergraduate graduates majoring in medical laboratory technology from 2016,and an experimental group consisted of graduates from 2017.The experimental group adopted a C-management model,while the control group adopted a traditional management model.The first pass rate,change rate,and graduation thesis scores of the two groups were compared for topic selection,proposal opening,mid-term evaluation,and letter evaluation,and interviews were conducted with teachers and students in the experimental group.Results The first pass rate and graduation thesis score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group in terms of topic selection,topic opening,and mid-term,while the rate of changing questions was significantly lower than that of the control group.Teachers and students had a higher evaluation of the C management model.Conclusion The C management model provides more freedom for guidance teachers and graduates,can maximize their potential,and is more suitable for graduation thesis management in applied undergraduate colleges.
