基于临床标准病例的混合式教学法在急诊科临床护理教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨基于临床标准病例的混合式教学法在急诊科临床护理教学中的实践效果。方法选取2021年7月至2023年1月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院急诊科实习的本科护生60人为研究对象,按照入科顺序将前30人设为对照组,后30人设为实验组。对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用基于临床标准病例的混合式教学法。结果实验组出科考核成绩和实习质量评价均优于对照组。结论基于临床标准病例的混合式教学法有助于提高护生理论考试和操作考核成绩,提升实习质量,具有推广价值。 Objective To explore the practical effectiveness of a mixed teaching method based on clinical standard cases in clinical nursing teaching in Emergency Departments.Methods 60 nursing undergraduates who interned in the Emergency Department of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from July 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The first 30 students were assigned to the control group and the last 30 students were assigned to the experimental group with the order of enrollment.The control group adopts traditional teaching model,while the experimental group adopts mixed teaching method based on clinical standard cases.Results The experimental group's academic performance and internship quality evaluation were better than the control group.Conclusion The mixed teaching method based on clinical standard cases is helpful in improving the theoretical and operational assessment scores of nursing students,improving the quality of internships,and has promotional value.
