臭氧光催化氧化工艺处理DDNP废水的试验研究

摘要 试验采用3种臭氧光催化氧化工艺处理二硝基重氮酚(DDNP)废水,即紫外线(UV)/O_(3)、UV/O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2)、UV/O_(3)/Fe(Ⅲ)。结果表明,UV/O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2)工艺中,随着H_(2)O_(2)的加入,H_(2)O_(2)与硝基酚类化合物的比值为3:1时,氧化反应1 h,出水色度、总有机碳(TOC)均达到相关排放标准;UV/O_(3)/Fe(Ⅲ)工艺中,随着Fe(Ⅲ)的加入,Fe(Ⅲ)与硝基酚类化合物比值为0.1∶1.0时,氧化反应1 h,出水色度、TOC、硝基酚类化合物均达到相关排放标准,工艺处理效率高达58%。 The experiment uses three ozone photocatalytic oxidation processes to treat diazodinitrophenol(DDNP)wastewater,namely ultraviolet(UV)/O_(3),UV/O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2),UV/O_(3)/Fe(Ⅲ).The results show that in the UV/O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2)process,with the addition of H_(2)O_(2),when the ratio of H_(2)O_(2)to nitrophenol compounds is 3:1,the oxidation reaction lasts for 1 h,and the effluent color and total organic carbon(TOC)meet the relevant emission standards;in the UV/O_(3)/Fe(Ⅲ)process,with the addition of Fe(Ⅲ),when the ratio of Fe(Ⅲ)to nitrophenol compounds is 0.1:1.0,the oxidation reaction lasts for 1 h,and the effluent color,TOC,and nitrophenol compounds all meet the relevant emission standards,and the process treatment efficiency is as high as 58%.
