乡村振兴战略的提出对农村经济的发展有着积极的意义,并且为农村职业教育的发展带来了一定的机遇和挑战。在乡村振兴战略背景下,农村职业教育中的问题逐渐凸显,存在专业人才缺乏、农村职业教育体系不完善等各种问题,在很大程度上限制了农村职业教育的改革发展。因此,通过结合乡村振兴的相关要求,完善农村职业教育体系、组建高素质高水平的人才队伍、完善法律制度等,为乡村振兴提供大力的人力以及技术支撑,提升农村职业教育水平。阐述了乡村振兴以及农村职业教育的内涵,分析了乡村振兴背景下农村职业教育中存在的问题,并对乡村振兴背景下农村职业教育的提升策略展开探究。

The proposal of rural revitalization strategy has positive significance for the development of rural economy,and has brought certain opportunities and challenges to the development of rural vocational education.In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,the problems in rural vocational education have gradually become prominent,with various problems such as a lack of professional talents and an imperfect rural vocational education system,which greatly limit the reform and development of rural vocational education.Therefore,by combining the relevant requirements of rural revitalization,improving the rural vocational education system,forming a high-quality and high-level talent team,and improving the legal system,we provide strong human and technical support for rural revitalization,and enhance the level of rural vocational education.This article elaborates on the connotation of rural revitalization and rural vocational education,analyzes the problems in rural vocational education under the background of rural revitalization,and then explores the improvement strategies of rural vocational education under the background of rural revitalization.
