陕西西安唐相里迈墓发掘简报

Preliminary Report of Xiangli Mai's Tomb of the Tang Dynasty in Xi'an,Shaanxi

2006年,为配合项目建设,西安市文物保护考古研究院在考古发掘中发现了唐相里迈墓。墓葬坐南朝北,出土有墓志,墓主身份、墓葬纪年明确。该墓不同于一般唐代墓葬坐北朝南的埋葬理念,其墓志也采用了自左至右的书写方式。相里迈墓葬的这些特殊性为唐代墓葬及文化研究提供了新参考。

In 2006,in coordination with a construction project,the Xi'an Municipal Institute of Cultural Relics Conservation and Archaeology discovered the Tang-Dynasty tomb of Xiangli Mai during an archaeological excavation.The tomb is oriented with the head to the north and the feet to the south,and it yielded an epitaph that clearly identifies the tomb owner's identity and burial date.Unlike the typical burial orientation of Tang Dynasty tombs facing south,this tomb deviates by facing north,and the epitaph is inscribed from left to right.The unique features of the Xiangli Mai’s tomb provide new insights for the study of Tang Dynasty burials and culture.
