基于5G+AI技术的智慧电厂安全风险管控平台

摘要 常规的电厂安全风险管控平台响应时间较长,因此引入5G+人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)技术,对智慧电厂安全风险管控平台的应用展开研究。搭建平台硬件环境,计算安全生产作业过程中风险源的危险性分值,并利用5G+AI技术全方位管控安全风险,建立安全风险管控数据库,为后续安全风险日常管控提供数据支持与保障。应用测试可知,新的平台应用后,各模块运行平均响应时间较短,运行效率较高,应用效果优势显著。 Conventional power plant safety risk control platform has a long response time,so 5G+Artificial Intelligence(AI)technology is introduced to study the application of intelligent power plant safety risk control platform.The hardware environment of the platform is built,the danger score of the risk sources in the process of safe production operations is calculated,and 5G+AI technology is utilized to control the safety risks in an all-round way,and a safety risk control database is established to provide data support and guarantee for the subsequent daily control of safety risks.The application test shows that after the application of the new platform,the average response time of each module operation is shorter,the operation efficiency is higher,and the application effect has significant advantages.
