摘要
常规变电站高压电气设备的实时监测中,缺少对实时数据图像的分割处理,导致实时监测结果与实际状态出现误差,因此提出基于红外热像技术的变电站高压电气设备绝缘状态实时监测。收集电气设备绝缘状态实时数据,并去除其中的噪声。基于阈值思想分割实时数据图像,提取电气设备绝缘状态数据特征。根据特征提取得的结果,实现变电站高压电气设备绝缘状态的实时监测。实验测试表明,应用所提设计方法的电气设备绝缘状态实时监测的异常监测平均准确率为97.68%,明显优于常规方法,说明所提设计方法能够高效、精准地实现对变电站高压电气设备绝缘状态的实时监测。
In the real-time monitoring of conventional substation high-voltage electrical equipment,the lack of segmentation processing of real-time data images leads to the error between the real-time monitoring results and the actual state,so it is proposed that the real-time monitoring of the insulation state of substation high-voltage electrical equipment based on infrared thermal image technology.Collect the real-time data of electrical equipment insulation status and remove the noise.Segment the real-time data image based on the threshold idea,and extract the features of electrical equipment insulation status data.According to the results of feature extraction,real-time monitoring of the insulation status of high-voltage electrical equipment in substations is realized.The experimental test shows that the average accuracy of abnormal monitoring of real-time monitoring of electrical equipment insulation status by applying the method designed in the article is 97.68%,which is significantly better than the conventional method,indicating that the method designed in the article is able to efficiently and accurately realize the real-time monitoring of the insulation status of high-voltage electrical equipment in substations.
