摘要
针对传统电力设备运行故障实时监测方法存在误警率较高的问题,提出基于红外成像技术的电力设备运行故障实时监测。利用红外扫描仪对电力设备红外扫描,生成电力设备热图像,对设备热图像增强处理,并采用阈值分割算法对热图像分割,提取到监测目标热图像信息,利用相对温差法识别电力设备运行故障,并对识别故障预警监测,实现基于红外成像技术的电力设备运行故障实时监测。经实验证明,设计方法误警率在1%以内,可以实现对电力设备运行故障的高精度监测,在故障监测方面具有良好的应用前景。
Aiming at the problem of high false alarm rate of traditional real-time monitoring methods of power equipment operation faults,the article proposes real-time monitoring of power equipment operation faults based on infrared imaging technology.The use of infrared scanner on the power equipment infrared scanning,generating thermal images of power equipment,equipment thermal image enhancement processing,and the use of threshold segmentation algorithm on the thermal image segmentation,extracted to monitor the target thermal image information,the use of the relative temperature difference method to identify the operation of power equipment faults,and identification of fault early warning monitoring,to achieve the real-time monitoring of the operation of power equipment faults based on infrared imaging technology.The experiment proves that the design method has a false alarm rate of less than 1%,and can realize high-precision monitoring of power equipment operation faults,which has a good application prospect in fault monitoring.
