摘要
印染废水回用RO浓水电导率高,废水经过膜回收系统浓缩后,难降解有机物含量高,废水可生化性差,硝态氮浓度高,色度高,达标处理难度大。项目采用“反硝化滤池→催化氧化→曝气悬浮生物滤池”联合工艺进行废水深度处理,处理后出水COD小于65 mg/L,NH_(3)-N小于0.5 mg/L,TN小于9.5 mg/L,水质稳定达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287-2012)中表2水质排放限值要求。
The conductivity of concentrated water from reverse osmosis membrane in the reuse of printing and dyeing wastewater is high,and the wastewater is difficult to degrade after being concentrated by a membrane recovery system.The content of organic matter is high,and the biodegradability of the wastewater is poor.The concentration of nitrate nitrogen is high,with high chroma,making it difficult to meet the standard after treatment.The project adopts a combined process of"denitrification filter→catalytic oxidation→aerated suspension biological filter"for advanced wastewater treatment.After treatment,the effluent COD is less than 65 mg/L,NH_(3)-N is less than 0.5 mg/L,and TN is less than 9.5 mg/L.The water quality is stable and meets the water quality discharge limit requirements in Table 2 of the Water Pollutant Discharge Standard for Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industry(GB4287-2012).
