贵州省水生态环境保护现状、挑战及对策建议

Current situation,challenges and suggestions for countermeasures of water ecological protection in Guizhou Province

贵州省是长江、珠江上游重要生态安全屏障。“十三五”以来,贵州省水生态环境保护工作取得显著成效,但局部仍然存在历史遗留问题比较突出、环境基础设施存在短板、河湖水资源保障能力亟需提升、水生态环境比较脆弱、水生态环境质量稳定性不足等突出问题。“十四五”时期,贵州省水生态环境保护工作应继续巩固拓展前期攻坚成果,针对已有问题,探索流域生态系统“三水统筹”系统治理的新路径,构建两江上游水生态环境保护新格局。

Guizhou Province is an important ecological security barrier in the upper reaches of the Changjiang River and Zhujiang River.Since the 13 th Five-Year Plan,Guizhou Province has achieved remarkable results in water ecological environmental protection,but there are still problems such as,serious problems left over from the past,shortcomings in environmental infrastructure,water resources of rivers and lakes in need of improvement,the fragile water ecological environment,changing quality of water ecological environment,and etc.In the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,Guizhou Province should continue to consolidate and expand the results of the previous efforts,explore new ways to systematically manage the"sanshui(water environment management,water resources security,water ecological protection)"of the river basin ecosystem and build a new pattern of water ecology and environmental protection in the upper reaches of the Changjiang River and Zhujiang River.
