一种新型蒸馏收集器测定水中氨氮的方法研究

Study on a new distillation collector for determination of ammonia nitrogen in water

根据国家环境保护标准《水质氨氮的测定纳氏试剂分光光度法》(HJ 535-2009),本文选用标准物质溶液和实际样品,用新型蒸馏收集器进行水质样品的前处理,经过实验、计算来评定该方法是否适用于实验室开展水质氨氮检测,经验证计算方法检出限、精密度和正确度等内容,实验结果均能满足实验要求。

According to the national environmental protection standard Determination of Ammonia Nitrogen in Water Quality Nessler Reagent Spectrophotometry(HJ 535-2009),the standard substance solution and actual samples are selected in this paper,and a new distillation collector is used for the pretreatment of water samples.Experiments and calculations were made to evaluate whether this method is applicable to the detection of ammonia nitrogen in water in the laboratory.Results showed that the detection limit,precision and accuracy of the method are verified,and the determination results can meet the experimental requirements.
