一种稻田开厢平整装置的设计与应用

摘要 【目的】水育秧以人工开沟抹平厢面为主,水稻田机械开沟开厢难以成型且厢面平整不一,易导致秧苗出苗不一致,影响育秧质量。【方法】课题组立足生产实际和科研试验标准化需要,以水稻水育秧和水直播的厢面和开沟的尺寸要求为主要指标依据,设计出了一种开厢平整一体化机械装置,并进行了实地调试优化。【结果】该装置可实现开厢平整一体化,且可根据实际需要对厢面宽度和沟宽、沟深进行调节,厢面宽度调节范围为1.5 m~3.0 m,沟宽调节范围为0.3 m~0.5 m,沟深调节范围为0.1 m~0.3 m,满足科研试验水育秧或水稻直播生产的要求。【结论】该装置有效地保障了科研试验的标准化,提高了田间生产的统一水平和开沟开厢的效率,降低了生产用工成本,具有较好的应用前景。 [Objective]Water seedling cultivation mainly relies on manual trenching and smoothing of the box surface.Mechanical trenching and opening of the box surface in paddy fields are difficult to form and uneven,which can easily lead to inconsistent seedling emergence and affect the quality of seedling cultivation.[Method]Based on the practical production and standardization needs of scientific research experiments,the research group designed an integrated mechanical device for opening and leveling rice seedlings,with the size requirements of the box surface and ditch for rice water seedling cultivation and water direct broadcasting as the main indicators,and conducted on-site debugging and optimization.[Result]The device can achieve integrated opening and leveling,and can adjust the width,groove width and groove depth of the box according to actual needs.The width adjustment range of the box is 1.5 m~3.0 m,the groove width adjustment range is 0.3 m~0.5 m,and the groove depth adjustment range is 0.1 m~0.3 m,which meets the requirements of scientific research experiments for water seedling cultivation or rice direct broadcasting production.[Conclusion]This device effectively ensures the standardization of scientific research experiments,improves the unified level of field production and the efficiency of trench opening,reduces production labor costs,and has good application prospects.
