复合固体推进剂细观损伤演化研究进展

摘要 概述了复合固体推进剂的细观损伤演化行为,从细观损伤演化表征方法、细观损伤演化有限元数值模拟和含损伤的黏弹性本构模型3方面综述了复合固体推进剂细观损伤演化的研究进展,指出了当前研究中存在的不足和未来的研究方向。分析指出,在微细观表征方面,实现动态复杂加载条件下的细观损伤表征分析是难点,应开发新的微细观表征方法,完善动态多尺度观测手段,解决损伤定量化表征问题;在数值模拟方面,二维RVE模型和仅适用于单一加载条件的界面模型无法反映真实细观损伤演化,应建立能反映细观结构状态的三维RVE模型和考虑温度、应变率效应的界面模型,以此开展数值模拟得到准确的推进剂细观损伤演化过程;在含损伤本构模型方面,大多数基于唯象学的本构模型难以体现细观结构变化对力学响应的影响,应从细观尺度出发建立反映整个损伤起始-演化-破坏的宏细观本构模型,预测推进剂宏细观力学响应。附参考文献73篇。 The meso-damage evolution behavior of composite solid propellant is summarized.The research progress of meso-damage evolution of composite solid propellants is reviewed from three main aspects:the characterization method of meso-damage evolution,the finite element numerical simulation of meso-damage evolution and the viscoelastic constitutive model with damage.The shortcomings of current research and future research directions are pointed out.It was indicated that in the microscopic characterization aspect,it is difficult to realize the meso-damage characterization analysis under dynamic and complex loads,and new micro-scopic characterization methods need to be developed to improve the dynamic multi-scale observation means to solve the problem of quantitative damage characterization.In the numerical simulation aspect,the two-dimensional RVE model and the interface model only applicable to a single load cannot reflect the real meso-damage evolution,and a three-dimensional RVE model,which can reflect the mesoscopic structure,and an interface model considering the effects of temperature and strain rate need to be established to obtain the accurate mesoscopic damage evolution process of propellant.In terms of constitutive model with damage,most of the phenomenological based constitutive models are unable to reflect the impact of mesoscopic structural changes on the mechanical response.A macroscopic and mesoscopic constitutive model needs to be developed to predict the mechanical response of propellant at mesoscopic scale.73 References are attached.
