玛尔挡水电站蓄水及投产对黄河上游梯级水电站的影响研究

摘要 笔者分析2024年玛尔挡水电站蓄水并投产后对黄河上游梯级水电站运行的影响,尤其是对下游班多水电站的影响;并针对该电站与班多水电站最大发电流量不匹配的问题,提出采取水轮机改造增容、新增小机组、防止泄洪闸门前水面结冰等应对措施。结果表明:黄河上游梯级水电站2024年损失电量约为多年平均发电量的7.64%,蓄水后对发电的影响相对较小;班多水电站将持续产生水量补偿发电效益。 This paper analyzes the impact of the water storage and operation of Maerdang Hydropower Station on the operation of cascade hydropower stations in the upper Yellow River in 2024,especially on Banduo Hydropower Station in the downstream.Aiming at the problem that the maximum power generation flow of the.power station does not match that of the Banduo Hydropower Station,the countermeasures such as transforming and increasing the capacity of the turbine,adding new small units,and preventing the water surface in front of the flood discharge gate from freezing are proposed.The results show that the power loss of cascade hydropower stations in the upper Yellow River in 2024 is about 7.64%of the average annual power generation,and the impact on power generation after impoundment is relatively small;Banduo Hydropower Station will continue to produce water compensation power generation benefits.
