山地集中式光伏电站建设浅析

Analysis on Construction of Mountainous Centralized Photovoltaic Power Station

随着光伏电站逐年增加,日照好、地势平坦、建设条件好的土地资源日趋减少,山地光伏电站建设逐步增加。笔者通过分析山地集中式光伏电站项目建设现状及影响因素,总结出山地集中式光伏电站建设存在的问题,并提出指标控制、精益建设管理、效益分配、地企共建等相应解决思路,可为山地集中式光伏电站项目建设提供借鉴。

With the increase of photovoltaic power stations year by year,the land resources with good sunshine,flat terrain and good construction conditions are decreasing day by day,and the construction of mountain photovoltaic power stations is gradually increasing.By analyzing the current situation and influencing factors of mountain centralized photovoltaic power station project construction,the author summarizes the problems existing in the construction of mountain centralized photovoltaic power station,and puts forward corresponding solutions such as index control,lean construction management,benefit distribution and co-construction of local enterprises,which can provide reference for the construction of mountain centralized photovoltaic power station project.
