广西抽水蓄能调节性能需求分析

摘要 在碳达峰碳中和目标战略背景下,加快发展抽水蓄能电站,对促进新能源消纳、保障电网安全稳定运行具有重要意义。笔者根据广西电力负荷水平及特性、风电规划规模及出力特性等条件,在分析风电出力与电力系统负荷需求不匹配的基础上,结合抽水蓄能电站调节性能特点,采用系统电力电量平衡分析方法,对抽水蓄能连续满发小时数进行研究,并论证抽水蓄能的作用和效益。结果表明,广西需要建设周调节性能抽水蓄能电站。该研究结果可为抽水蓄能电站调节性能设计提供参考。 Under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutralization target strategy,accelerating the development of pumped storage power stations is of great significance for promoting new energy consumption and ensuring the safe and stable operation of power grids.According to the power load level and characteristics of Guangxi,the planning scale and output characteristics of wind power,based on the analysis of the mismatch between wind power output and power system load demand,combined with the regulation performance characteristics of pumped storage power station,the system power and energy balance analysis method is used to study the continuous full power output hours of pumped storage,and the function and benefit of pumped storage are demonstrated.The results show that Guangxi needs to build a pumped storage power station with weekly regulation performance.The research results can provide reference for the regulation performance design of pumped storage power station.
